International MBA Program (IMBA)

The NCU IMBA program was launched in 2013, integrates the resources of 4 research centers and 8 master programs in the School of Management – which has strong tradition, highly ranked as one of the tops in related academic field in Taiwan. We aim to foster a unique student community that is capable, diverse, and employable to meet global challenges through interdisciplinary teaching and learning, to cultivate future business leaders with professional knowledge, communication and leadership skills while enhancing their ethical global vision in a multicultural environment.

HIGHLIGHTS

1. Close linkage to Taiwan industry and community: The IMBA program is held at the gate of Taiwan – Taoyuan, which the international airport located, next to Taipei the capital city, Taoyuan Industrial Park and the Hsinchu Science Park, where our outstanding NCU alumnus are active in various industries. IMBA students will have chance to meet seniors and experts through our “Experts Speech”, “Mentor System” and “Corporates Visiting”, to learn from their experiences.
2. Connection with world famous universities: NCU has been ranked No. 3 in Taiwan in 2020 U.S. News & World Report, and ranked 351-400 in QS World University Rankings. We have approximately 275 sister schools around the world, IMBA students are able to join exchange program to these schools, and gain dual master degrees to develop international vision and mobility: Cooperative schools – Arizona State University, West Sydney University, Rennes School of Business and University of Wisconsin-Madison(VISP).
3. Emphasis on both business knowledge and practical skills: IMBA is committed to the design of the courses which provides a balance between theoretical and practical learning, we encourage students to complete thesis and internship within 2 years, and our unique “Four core concentrations” in the curriculum includes Management, Sustainability, Data and Analysis and Finance. It’s designed to equip students with foundational academical knowledge of management and emerging business trends in multiple perspectives and industries.

APPLICATION: January to Mid-March via online system of OIA, NCU.

DURATION: 2 years/ 4 semesters.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS: 36 Credits & 1 Thesis.

TUITION & FEES: 75,000 NTD ≈ 2,360 USD per semester (Including Credit Fee)

SCHOLARSHIPS: Taiwan Scholarship, IMBA Full Tuition Waiver Scholarship(quota=1 international student)
