National Taipei University (NTPU) is today the leading and one of the most influential Universities in Taiwan. NTPU's Taipei campus is located in the dynamic capital of Taipei within the financial district area. Our Sanxia campus is located in Sanxia, a township where new and old traditional cultures overlap and integrate into New Taipei City. You will find it a vast green and eco-campus that provides a pleasant and resourceful environment of learning diversity.
Today, NTPU enjoys close links with the international world of education and research. We are hard at work making sure that we develop the necessary strategy and framework to foster academic exchange and research collaboration. We also create an inspiring and supportive network and opportunities for our students, including a wide choice of programs, access to a wonderful range of extra-curricular activities, and specialized support services for international students.
Full scholarship covers the tuition and miscellaneous fees, including computer fees, on-campus accommodation fees, and monthly living subsidies. A partial scholarship covers a portion of tuition and various fees.
The assistantship is up to 8-month employment per academic year with stipends. The amount of coverage shall be allocated based on each year's budget. Before applying for a TA position or on-campus job, a valid ARC and Working Permit are required.
Some Programs assist students in finding paid internships offered by the governments or private companies.
