NPUST - Aswah from Indonesia

Study in Taiwan make my dream come true. After finished my master degree in Department of Animal Science, National Pingtung University of Science and Technology (NPUST) in 2013, I was accepted as a junior lecture in Faculty of Animal Science, University of Brawijaya Indonesia. Study in Taiwan make me more open-minded because the academic atmosphere is really high quality. Therefore, in September 2020, I continue to pursuing my PhD study back to Taiwan. Again, I choose NPUST as a host university in Department of Tropical Agriculture and International Cooperation (DTAIC) with major in animal science. The course offering in DTAIC is diverse, hence the student can take the courses which they really need, even they can take courses from other departments. The university provides varies laboratory with sophisticated equipment to support the research project. I joined in Environmental, Behavior and Nutrition (EBN) Lab. All lab facilities, diverse and up-to-date research topics, open-minded teachers, hospitality of university staff, and the friendly social environment really make the international students more than enjoy to study in Taiwan. Never regret to choose Taiwan as my destination.
